This can be branding within the branch environment, or even non-branch ATM branding to create additional points of presence for Financial Institutions without the cost of a remote ATM.
We also provide ATM screen advertising for banks and building societies as part of any managed service offer and we do not sell advertising space to any 3rd parties.
In addition to ATMs that deliver “best in class” ATM availability, we pride ourselves that our customer service via our 24 hour Service Centre is exceptional. We have an average time to answer the phone of less than 20 seconds and Financial Institutions can be assured of an exceptional customer service.
NoteMachine offer a bespoke service according to each Financial Institution’s requirements and this can involve interfacing with existing host systems to offer additional services such as:

We can also provide a branded Travel Money service for Financial Institutions via our subsidiary company Eurochange. Like our ATM service this a completely outsourced service with options for branch, online or telephone ordering of foreign exchange for both customers and non-customers.
Metro Bank, the first new high street bank in over 100 years, began working with NoteMachine in 2013 when it took over operation of its ATM network.
This involved migrating ATMs from the bank’s previous provider, as well as deploying additional ATMs throughout Metro Bank’s network as it continues on its growth path throughout London and the South East. NoteMachine are currently operating close to 100 ATMs within Metro Bank stores.
