RBS

NoteMachine migrated 330 ATMs within RBS branches in England to our own network during 2016, retaining the existing hardware. Migrations were undertaken overnight, resulting in average downtime of approximately 15 hours, with cash replenishment completed prior to the branch opening the following morning.

We provide a full managed service to RBS for these sites including transaction processing, helpdesk, maintenance, cash replenishment and compliance responsibility.

Our servicing model includes out of hours access and “just in time” cash replenishment.

Metro Bank

Metro Bank, the first new UK high street bank in over 100 years, began working with NoteMachine in 2013 when we migrated the bank’s ATM network from the previous service provider.

110 Wincor ATMs in Metro Bank stores, including a drive through ATM in Slough, are managed under an exclusive agreement with NoteMachine.  We are also supporting Metro Bank with their growth plans by installing ATMs in all new stores.

Bespoke transaction and advertising screens featuring the Metro Bank brand have been developed by NoteMachine.

Yorkshire Building Society

Following a competitive process in 2015, NoteMachine replaced 44 existing ATMs with new NCR hardware as part of a managed service agreement with YBS Group.  Removal and replacement of the ATMs was completed in a single night in order to minimise disruption to the branch.

Mini statement and deposit functionality has been developed and delivered in addition to standard Link transactions.

During 2017 an additional 15 additional ATMs are being installed by NoteMachine within Yorkshire Building Society branches which do not currently have ATM provision.

Virgin Money

NoteMachine is the exclusive ATM provider to Virgin Money, following acquisition and migration of both the remote and branch ATM networks during 2016.

NoteMachine installed 45 new NCR ATMs in stores during 2017 in addition to 25 existing locations.

We have also co-branded a number of remote ATM locations with Virgin Money branding in order to extend brand reach.
