Chrissie Nash is currently a Project Manager for NoteMachine, where she onboards new customers in many different countries for NoteMachine’s managed services. She manages the process end-to-end, as well as managing settlement services for new countries.
Chrissie began her career at NoteMachine over 14 years ago, as a Customer Relations Manager, she had vast experience of the ATM estate environment. She then moved into managing corporate customers, and a few years later, she headed up the financial institutions team, managing large FIs, such as Metro Bank, Co-Op, YBS and Virgin Money.
She moved to a project management role in June, which includes management of the bids and tenders. Whenever new customers are looking for NoteMachine to acquire ATM estates, service their hardware or require new functionality, Chrissie documents all of the customer proposals. She has vast bids and tender management experience from her time managing financial institutions, so her sales expertise is invaluable.
